My own experience inspired me to coach women during perimenopause and menopause. You should feel understood and supported.
After 3.5 long years, I had a diagnosis of endometriosis and adenomyosis. Thankfully, God answered my prayers, and I am now living my best possible life every day. These changes start from within by focusing on our mindset and then gradually making small lifestyle changes.
I want to help you find a new beginning and have renewed enjoyment in the years to come.
